How do I use Party Points Counter?

Why don't I see my party in the list?
Party Points Counter only displays events and groups that you have admin access to. Events older than three months are hidden. This can be changed in your account settings.
Some participants did not get counted! What happened?
Party Points Counter uses Facebook’s Graph API to get party info. User’s can set their privacy settings to block the Graph API which will prevent their points from being counted.
I'm having problems with the app. What should I do?
Party Points Counter will alert you of most errors and automatically send us an error log. If you are having a problem that we do not detect, follow the steps below to help us troubleshoot your issue.
- Make sure that you are not using ad blockers or “Private Browsing” mode as these can interfere with communication to Facebook.
- Click on the Contact link in the menu and send us a message with the following:
- A brief description of the problem.
- What device you are using (computer, tablet, etc.)
- What browser you are using (Chrome, Edge, Safari, etc.)
- A screenshot of the error or problem (not required, but super helpful).
